A highly experienced higher education executive with a strong strategic approach, Bronte Neyland has significant expertise in marketing and student recruitment across domestic and international cohorts. Partnering with stakeholders to identify and realise opportunities to drive growth and build reputation has been a core focus of her work, both pre- and post-pandemic.
Prior to joining Wells Advisory, Bronte was Vice-President, Future Students and Marketing at Victoria University, a role focused on developing and executing Victoria University’s student recruitment strategies and building the University’s brand and reputation. Bronte also held the role of Director, Victoria University International (VUI), where she was instrumental in driving strong international student load and revenue growth and, more broadly, in growing the University’s international reputation.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Bronte has held a number of non-executive director positions including Chair of the Australian Universities International Directors’ Forum (AUIDF).
