Dr Dineli Mather joins Wells Advisory to lead new practice
Wells Advisory is delighted to announce the appointment of Dineli Mather to lead our new Strategy & Innovation practice.
Dineli joins the firm from Deakin University, where she was Pro Vice-Chancellor (Graduate Employment), responsible for Deakin’s sector-leading employability strategy and operations. She has a significant track record over more than twenty years in senior academic and management roles within the Higher Education Sector.
As Practice Lead, Dineli’s proven expertise in leadership, strategy and innovation will be invaluable in helping our clients address major and emerging challenges in higher education, including strategic repositioning, digital transformation, graduate employability, changing workforce requirements, and program and portfolio realignments.

Dineli joins a senior team of consultants led by Michael Wells and including Dr Paula Kelly, Dr Guy Edwards, Paul Ramadge, and Michelle Canny. The firm has teams in Australia and the UK and principal advisers in other key international markets.
