As an Engagement Manager, Jon’s role is predominantly project-focused, providing trusted advice to our clients whilst directing and managing project deliverables and outcomes.
Prior to joining Wells Advisory, Jon’s last six years in particular have been focused on the higher education sector, specifically in creating and implementing strategy including disruptive models, product and service development, solution implementation, business development planning, strategic partnerships and international collaboration. His experience includes faculty and university executive engagement, strategic partnership development and implementation, market penetration planning and dedicated business development activity.
Prior to this period, Jon had fourteen years working in business development and senior leadership roles in the education space – vocational, K-12 and bespoke content development, training delivery and technology. This has equipped him with solid business acumen, complemented by post-graduate studies in Business Management at Swinburne and Professional Practice credentials at Advanced (Master’s level) from Deakin University
