Karmen Kong is a Consultant within our Strategy and Planning practice. Karmen brings to the team her strong background in biomedical research across academic and industry settings, particularly in cell biology where she studied mechanisms of stem cell ageing in a clinical research setting at the Royal Women’s Hospital.
Prior to joining Wells Advisory, Karmen was a product development scientist for an ASX-listed clinical-stage pharmaceutical company where she conducted release assays and data analysis for the research and development team. Karmen is very active in social and cultural events, and was awarded the Leaders in Communities Award by the University of Melbourne.
