Rory is a higher education professional with over 20 years experience. He has particular expertise in organisational transformation, strategy development and execution, and portfolio review and development. His experience includes establishing new research areas, schools and faculty, development of innovative curriculum delivery models to enhance student experience and graduate outcomes, and streamlining university operating models based on student journey and perspective.
He has professional, hands-on experience at all levels of university operations from departmental administration to university executive and has worked in the Australian and UK sectors.
Prior to joining Wells Advisory Rory was Director of Transformation at Staffordshire University responsible for organisational turnaround, and completed his Executive MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford.
