Michelle provides strategic regulatory advice based on her expertise and technical knowledge of the tertiary education sector. Prior to joining Wells Advisory, Michelle was the Director Policy and Performance Reporting at Construction Skills Queensland ad she held roles as Senior Advisor to the Victorian Education Minister, senior policy roles in the Victorian Department of Education (including as Acting Director Skills Policy & Strategy), with a focus on the VET sector, and has worked as a management consultant at a number of other consulting firms. These roles have seen her work with the most senior levels of government and directly with a range of universities and TAFE institutes in Victoria, NSW and Queensland. Michelle has provided trusted in advice on complex issues ranging from funding and research applications, pathways evaluations, policy issues and business cases.
