Dr Paula Kelly is the Director. She advises on higher education policy settings, quality assurance, regulation and accreditation. Paula understands the complexities of the higher education environment including the regulatory and legislative frameworks that govern it. Prior to joining Wells Advisory, Paula held an academic position at the University of Melbourne and a regulatory role at the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).
