Wells Advisory merges with MinterEllison Consulting elevating education industry expertise

Wells Advisory has merged with MinterEllison Consulting, the consulting business of leading Australian law firm, MinterEllison. The merger aims to significantly enhance the combined legal and consulting services to clients in the higher education sector.

Through the merger, MinterEllison will integrate the consulting expertise of Wells Advisory’s eight-strong team of management consultants. The combination of consulting and legal expertise will elevate services providing clients with deeper insights and advice on strategy, regulation, governance, risk, workplace dynamics to operation performance.

Michael Wells and Dr Paula Kelly will become partners of MinterEllison Consulting with Michelle Canny joining as Executive Director.
